• What the symptom looks like (flickering, no power, tripping breaker, burning smell)
• Whether the issue is isolated to one outlet or circuit, or affecting multiple areas
• Whether the panel has been upgraded or replaced recently
• Any relevant history, such as recent renovation work or a previous repair on the same circuit

Most jobs can be quoted after a short conversation. If the scope is more complex, we let you know what we need to see before we confirm the final figure.

What Happens After You Call
